Nancy, the work you did on this purse was so beautiful and I was so thrilled! I am so happy with how this turned out -- it is very special to me. You did a fabulous job with softening the leather of Dad's older boot and you did just the right detailings -- I love how the beads on the chain match the color of the leather! You have a great creative eye and a talent for what looks good. I showed it to my friends down in Florida before I left and they were amazed at how beautiful it is and they thought it was so neat that I used and recycled one of Dad's boots. I hope that they have some made too!. I know you worked on this with your heart which is what also made it special and added to my joy. It is such a nice way to remember my Dad -- he would get such a kick out of this if he were here to to see it.
